Shipping to Canary Islands:

• Orders up to €50 → Shipping cost: €5.
• Orders over €50 → Free shipping.

In-Store Pickup

Return and Exchange Conditions

In accordance with current regulations, customers may exercise their right to return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. To be accepted, the returned product must be in perfect condition, without signs of use or tampering.

To process a return, it is essential to contact us in advance via email at info@sanfucosmetico.es, where we will provide instructions on how to send the item back. Returns sent without prior notice or with postage due will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs for Returns

• If the return is due to an error by Sanfucosmetico (for example, if the received product does not match the order), we will cover the return shipping costs.
• If the return is due to any other reason, such as a change of mind or a color variation (please note that colors may vary due to screen resolution differences), the customer must bear the shipping costs.

The refund will be processed via bank transfer to the account provided by the customer, within a maximum period of 30 days from the receipt of the returned product.

Conditions for Exchanges and Returns

• Exchange period: Customers may request an exchange within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product.
• Product condition: All items must be returned unused, with their original tags and packaging or an equivalent alternative.
• Proper packaging: We are not responsible for any damage caused by insufficient packaging during return shipping.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returns or exchanges and must use a certified mailing system to avoid package loss.
